Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SaveCord website and services ("we", "us"), operated by Rico M. (see our Imprint). By registering an account or using our services, you accept these Terms.

The services are intended for users aged 13 and older; minors need the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.

SaveCord provides a Discord bot and dashboard for member verification and for backing up and restoring server members, channels, and roles. The exact scope of features depends on the plan you choose (see Pricing).

Paid plans are formed by your order in the dashboard and our confirmation (activation of the plan). Unless stated otherwise, all prices include statutory VAT where applicable. Payments are processed through our payment processor, Komerza.

Paid plans do not auto-renew; after expiry you have a 3-day grace period with full feature access before your account is downgraded to the free plan.

Right of withdrawal: If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (see Imprint for contact details) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email).

Early expiry for digital content: If you expressly agree that we begin performance before the withdrawal period expires, and you acknowledge that doing so causes you to lose your right of withdrawal, your right of withdrawal expires once the contract has been fully performed. This consent is expressly requested when purchasing a paid plan.

Business customers (use for predominantly commercial purposes) have no statutory right of withdrawal.

You are responsible for the security of your account and for all activity under it. Providing false contact information may result in account termination. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to, among other things: systematically collect data from the site without permission; deceive us or other users; upload malicious software; circumvent security-related features; harass other users; attack the service; or create multiple accounts to abuse the service.

Reviews must be based on firsthand experience, must not contain abusive or discriminatory content, and must be truthful. We reserve the right to remove reviews at our discretion.

Unless otherwise indicated, the source code, databases, functionality, software, design, text, and graphics of the site, and the trademarks and logos contained therein, are owned or licensed by us and are protected by copyright and trademark law.

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, under the German Product Liability Act, and for injury to life, body, or health. For slightly negligent breaches of material contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), our liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Liability for slight negligence is otherwise excluded. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, 24/7 availability of the service.

Free accounts may be cancelled at any time. We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms. Refunds for paid periods not yet used are handled in accordance with statutory requirements; see our Refund Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We indicate material changes by updating the "Last updated" date; for material changes to the detriment of consumers, we additionally notify you in an appropriate manner (e.g. dashboard notice or email).

These Terms are governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of habitual residence remain unaffected. If any provision of these Terms is invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
